Cancellation Policy

Our studio holds limited seating, and many of our classes and workshops sell out. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to make it to a class,  we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled class.

Cancelled Trial by MUD Workshop can be transferred or gifted to another guest with 72 hours notice. 

For MUD 101 6 week classes, students can make up one (1) missed class per session. Students can attend a makeup class in the same week if possible, or choose a class from either the week before or after the missed session. Please note that classes cannot be carried over and must be within the same session you originally signed up for.  If you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another make up class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
